A team of environmental researchers, connectors and communicators, who are experienced in developing tailored, multidisciplinary solutions to sustainability challenges. It is leading WP7 Communication & dissemination activities ‘promoting the concept’. 

CF is responsible for Task 7.1 – Consolidation and execution of a communication strategy and all sub tasks including the communication and dissemination strategies, website and social media platforms, development of printed and digital communication material and promotion of project’s results. Additionally CF is supporting task 7.2 in the consolidation of the consortium strategy for dissemination activities. 

CHARLES HENDERSON

Charles is Project Director, and Managing Director of Climate Futures. He is co-leading WPs in FP7 TESS into sustainable transitions in communities, and Afri-Flame biogas research in three African countries. He is managing a team of five. Charles has a speciality in communication of environmental research through digital and printed media, environmental journalism and behaviour change. He is a trained journalist, and has an MSc in Environmental Technology and MSc in Forestry. 

LIZ ELLSTON

Liz Ellston is an Architect, Design Consultant, Tutor and Freelance Writer. She has previously worked in a number of environmental architecture and engineering practices, providing design, dissemination and communication of projects and research.   She is a Part-Time Teaching Fellow at the University of Bath, and regular visiting critic at the University of Westminster, and London Metropolitan University Schools of Architecture.  She is an Architects' Registration Board (ARB) Examiner and RIBA London Region Branch Member.  In practice, Liz has been RIBA Part 1 and Part 3 mentor, actively supporting further learning through external lectures, events and social interaction with design groups.  In addition, Liz is an experienced BSAC Scuba Diving Instructor.
